Jeffrey M. Dym, M.D.,

a musculoskeletal radiologist, has joined the S. Mark Taper Foundation Imaging Center as an attending physician. Dym is board certified by the American Board of Radiology and has expertise in the performance and interpretation of musculoskeletal imaging examinations, including standard radiography, CT scanning, MRI and ultrasound. He also performs interventional procedures using fluoroscopy, CT and ultrasound guidance.

Dorothy Lowe, M.D.,

who was Chief Resident in Internal Medicine at Cedars-Sinai last year, has opened her own private practice in Beverly Hills. Lowe received her bachelor's degree from Cornell University and her medical degree at the University of Maryland before completing her residency training in Internal Medicine here.

Mark Rapaport, M.D.,

was cited in an article in the October 2006 issue of Psychiatric Times regarding his presentation on "Enhancing Precision in Clinical Trials" at the 46th annual NIMH-sponsored NCDEU (New Clinical Drug Evaluation Unit). Rapaport challenged clinical researchers to ensure the validity of the measures they use to establish treatment outcomes.
