How Do I Obtain Patient Data if Web/VS isn't Available?

In the event Web/VS is not available, a splash page that gives the phone numbers of Lab, Imaging, Medical Records and Nuclear Cardiology for urgent results will display after attempting to log in. Please contact the departments directly at the numbers listed in the splash page.

NOTE: This page will only display in case of a database outage. The CDR Team recognizes that this could be an inconvenience; however, in order to prevent any interruption in patient care, we recommend that you call the department directly that provides the patient data. If the department you need is not listed in the splash page, please contact the Web/VS Support Team.
