Change in monograph for heparin

The U.S. Food and Drug Administration is alerting healthcare providers of a change to the United States Pharmacopeia monograph for heparin, which results in a 10 percent decrease in the anticoagulant's potency.

Rejecting e-signature alerts on phone orders

Respiratory Therapy Order Set

Physicians now have the option of using a Respiratory Therapy order set to keep track of orders.

The orders set sheet includes oxygen, bland aerosol, bronchodilator, corticosteroid and other respiratory therapies.
