Seasonal influenza vaccine available for physicians

The seasonal flu vaccine is here! Starting next week, medical staff members who wish to get their flu vaccination can call Employee Health Services at (310) 423-3322 to schedule an appointment for a free flu shot during weekdays. Walk-ins are also welcome.


R.N. appointed at Samuel Oschin Cancer Center

Stephanie Chang, R.N., was appointed director, clinical operations, for the Samuel Oschin Cancer Center beginning Thursday, Oct. 1.


The Food and Drug Administration issued warnings regarding propoxyphene overdoses and possible neuropsychiatric events with Chantix® and Zyban®. Click below for more information on these and other FDA warnings and updates.

Reception was held Sept. 9

For the first time in more than three decades, Cedars-Sinai has a new Jewish Chaplain. A welcome reception was held for Rabbi Jason Weiner on Wednesday, Sept. 9.


Presentations are on- and off-campus

Cedars-Sinai leadership will host a series of one-hour presentations through Friday, Sept. 25, regarding the state of the medical center. Medical staff members are invited to attend.

A completed Computing Account Authorization Form (CAAF) is required for a Web/VS account. By signing the CAAF it is understood that the password will not be shared with anyone. Sharing of your Web/VS password is a breach of confidentiality.
