Thome Named Service Line Manager for Heart Institute

Kristine Thome, RN, has been named as the service line manager for the Cedars-Sinai Heart Institute. She will assume her new role on Monday, Jan. 17.

“Kristine has been a valued member of The Pain Center at Cedars-Sinai for more than two years,” said John Oldenquist, service line director for the Heart Institute. “During her tenure, she has done a wonderful job managing the center’s outpatient program, clinics, procedure suite and 30 staff members. Kristine’s passion and strong background in heart disease care should make for an easy transition to service line manager for the Heart Institute.”

Thome launched her career in the Cardiac Catheterization Laboratory at Mercy Health System in Wisconsin as a program RN and later as the director.
