Cedars-Sinai’s medical staff must completely rewrite its constitution and bylaws to meet new Joint Commission requirements that go into effect on March 31, 2011.

2 Minutes With … Sumeet S. Chugh, M.D.

An “electrician for the heart,” Dr. Chugh is an expert in the diagnosis and treatment of heart rhythm abnormalities and a leader in sudden cardiac arrest research. He serves as associate director for Genomic Cardiology at the Cedars-Sinai Heart Institute, where he is also section chief of Clinical Cardiac Electrophysiology.

Fresh Challah Available in the Cafeteria

Nothing is more satisfying than fresh-baked bread – especially fresh-baked challah.

Kosher challah is now being sold in the Ray Charles Cafeteria on Fridays from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. All proceeds benefit the Cedars-Sinai Employee Emergency Fund.
