Inpatient psychiatry admissions to cease Feb. 4

Effective Saturday, Feb. 4, at 12:01 a.m., patients will no longer be admitted to 3 West, the inpatient psychiatry unit, as part of the previously announced changes in psychiatry. Patients requiring inpatient psychiatry services who present to our Emergency Department will be referred to other facilities.

We will continue to provide services to the remaining patients in 3 West until the unit is closed on March 9, 2012.
