Cancer Panel to Begin Referrals to Peer Review

Since its launch in January 2012, the Cedars-Sinai Cancer Quality Committee has provided leadership and oversight of the quality of clinical care, safety and satisfaction for patients with cancer. The committee has been sending educational letters to physicians whose inpatients' care falls outside of national quality standards and Cedars-Sinai practice. Starting in January, repeat offenders will be sent to medical staff peer review.
