New Web Bios Will Better Meet User Needs

Please Complete Your New Profile by April 21

Cedars-Sinai has developed a new, Web-based template and design for physician and investigator biographies on its website. The new format will better meet the needs of patients and their families, as well as referring physicians and our academic peers. To ensure that all Web bios have a consistent format, please complete your profile at biomanager.csmc.edu no later than Tuesday, April 21.

Flu Badge Buddies Can Be Removed

The 2014-15 flu season has officially ended, and all medical staff members can remove their flu shot badge buddies. Please dispose of your green or orange flu badges in a recycling bin as they cannot be reused next season.

Yom Ha'Shoah Commemoration Set for April 20

Cedars-Sinai will mark Holocaust Remembrance Day with a Yom Ha'Shoah program on Monday, April 20, from noon-1 p.m. in Harvey Morse Auditorium. The speaker will be Eric Lichtblau, a Pulitzer Prize-winning reporter for The New York Times and author of The Nazis Next Door: How America Became a Safe Haven for Hitler's Men.

The Dr. Leon Morgenstern Great Debates in Clinical Medicine Resident Competition committee is soliciting suggestions for a topic for this annual event. The debate will convene for its 12th year on Friday, June 5, at 8 a.m. in Harvey Morse Auditorium.
