Logging Into HealthStream Is About to Get Easier

Employees have one fewer password to remember while at Cedars-Sinai because HealthStream has moved to a single sign-on solution using Okta.

Here is everything employees need to know about the HealthStream move:

  • To log in, employees should use their Universal Login ID and password. Forgot your Universal Login ID? Look it up here.
  • Bookmarks and other links to HealthStream on the intranet will continue to work.
  • HealthStream will also be available remotely through cshs.org. To access HealthStream remotely, you will need the Okta Verify app on your smartphone. There are easy-to-follow instructions to install and configure Okta Verify available online.
  • Employees who do not log in to the Cedars-Sinai network will need to ask their manager to request a network account by following the instructions in this Service Desk eform.
  • Additionally, contingent workers may need to request an account so that they can sign in to HealthStream and take required courses.

If you need help signing in, contact the EIS Help Desk at ext. 3-6428, or visit the EIS Service Center.

For help using HealthStream, contact the HR Service Center at 424-314-myHR (6947) or cedars-sinai.org/servicecenter.
