What's On the "On-Line Help" Page?

The "Help" button offers a variety of resources and information in addition to the on-line manual for Web/VS itself. To access the Help page, click on the "Help" button on the login page before logging in (see illustration below), or on the Help button in the left-hand blue navigation bar after logging in.
