Less than 30 days until CS-Link go-live

We are now less than 30 days away from the March 2 CS-Link™ go-live.If you have not signed up for your eight hours of CS-Link training, you need to do so now. You must complete training by March 2, 2012, in order to access CS-Link after March 2 to care for patients.

To sign-up for training, call (310) 423-2828 (option 7) or ext. 3-2828 (option 7) any time of the day. You also may complete the training registration form online at www.cslinkcentral.org. (The information will be sent to the registration staff who will sign the physician up for training).

First e-learning, then classroom training

We strongly encourage you to get familiar with CS-Link by completing the e-Learning modules (below) before attending instructor-led training. Each module takes only about 10-minutes to review and can be accessed at www.cslinkcentral.org.

I completed training. Now what?

  • Practice, Practice, Practice (office hours)

    Practice your newly acquired skills during office hours in the Medical Staff Lounge (Plaza Level, Room 2810). Office hours are staffed by personnel, such as our CS-Link Physician Super Users, who possess an in-depth knowledge of CS-Link and Cedars-Sinai’s specific workflows.

    Office hours are available Monday through Friday.
    • 6:30 a.m. - 8:30 a.m.
    • 11:30 a.m. - 1:30 p.m.
    • 4:30 p.m.- 6:30 p.m. (except Friday)
  • More learning post training (workshop)

    You’ve completed your CS-Link training, however, you still have questions or want to learn more about certain topics such as order management. Attend a workshop!

    Workshops are hour-long sessions that will provide an indepth review of CS-Link functionality of special interest to physicians. Sessions will be offered in the Medical Staff Lounge (Room 2810) at the following times:
    • Monday through Thursday from 5 to 6 p.m.
    • Tuesday and Thursday from noon to 1p.m.
